At Eluré, we aim to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. Below are the detailed guidelines regarding our return and refund process. Please read carefully to understand our responsibilities and your obligations as a seller.

Returns and Refunds
1.1 Wrong Variation or Quantity Received
If the customer receives a product with the wrong variation or quantity, we take full responsibility for the error.- A 100% refund will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
1.2 Damaged Product Received
If the customer receives a damaged product, we take partial responsibility and will refund 50% of the product value.- The refund will be processed after the damaged item is received and verified by our warehouse team.
1.3 Unnecessary Returns or “No Longer Needed” Claims
If a customer returns a product without any valid reason or claims it is “no longer needed,” 85% of the product value will be refunded.- The refund will only be processed once the product is received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Refund Currency
Refunds will be issued to the seller in the same currency used for the original payment. -
